Jennifer April, Mark Byrd, CRIS and myself had the honor of representing AXA XL as the SDI provider for our client at the #groundbreaking ceremony for a #STEM building being constructed for a school in Broward County, Florida. We truly appreciate our valued #partnership with our insured and were very grateful of the invitation to join them at the ceremony. It was an incredibly unique and rewarding experience as the high school band played, cheerleaders cheered and their students happily greeted attendees as they walked to the ceremony location. We then conducted a #projectreview and #renewaloperationalreview with our insured partner capped with a great lunch! Just another example of how a client is leveraging #riskengineering service to help support their work. 💪🏼

Dear Future RCBC,As I reflect on my journey with RCBC, I’m reminded of the values that have shaped my career; Passion for Excellence, Teamwork, Professional Discipline, Sense of Urgency, and Loyalty. These aren’t just words we put on a wall; they guide every decision we make and every interaction we have. They’ve become the backbone of how we conduct ourselves daily.1 of the most impactful lessons I’ve learned since my first day is that I wear the face of the bank. This is a mantra that was ingrained in me during my orientation, and it has shaped how I approach each task and every client interaction. Being part of RCBC means that we represent something larger than ourselves, our actions are a reflection of the bank’s reputation. It’s a responsibility I take to heart, and it motivates me to strive for the highest level of professionalism and integrity every day.Over the years, I’ve seen RCBC grow, evolve, and rise above challenges. While our past has had its share of difficult moments, like the “worst” bank robbery and AML incident at the Senate, these events don’t define us. I’m confident that the future holds even greater things for RCBC. We are a bank known for our resilience, innovation, and commitment to excellence, and that’s what will carry us forward. One area where I believe we truly shine is in customer service, especially the face-to-face banking experience. Walking into an RCBC branch or office should feel like stepping into a 5star hotel, a place where every customer is treated with respect, care, and a sense of importance. It’s more than just banking; it’s about elevating someone’s day and making them feel sophisticated and valued. Our employees are not only good-looking (let’s face it, we are!), but we are also dedicated to making every client feel like they are our top priority.I see RCBC continuing to lead the charge in digital banking, but never losing sight of the human touch that makes banking with us special. Whether online or in person, we offer a level of service that goes beyond transactions, it’s an experience.Looking to the future, I envision RCBC as a leader in the client experience, a bank where every interaction, whether digital or physical, leaves a lasting positive impression. We may not have the biggest muscle in terms of branch numbers, but we have something far more important: the ability to make every customer feel like they matter.I also hope to see RCBC as a trusted partner for both government agencies and private institutions, a one-stop financial solution that meets the needs of all sectors. But above all, I dream of RCBC making banking accessible to every Filipino, especially those in underserved communities. We have the power to bridge the gap and bring modern banking to those who need it most.I’m proud to be part of this legacy. Here’s to a future where RCBC continues to stand for excellence, trust, and world-class service, leading the way in all that we do.#DearFutureRCBC #HexTimeCapsule

Some people compare elite (technical) certifications to martial arts rank. Some technical certifications actually use the term "belt" in their programs. What I find most get wrong, with both martial arts rank, as well as elite certifications, is that people seem to think that acquiring the cert or the rank is the end. Those who keep going know that the cert, or the rank, is only the beginning.I push the people who work at RG Nets, Inc. to acquire certifications for many reasons. Yes, of course, all the obvious ones apply. However, as much as many hate to admit it, the thing the certification really brings about is a standardization of vocabulary. It is only with a common vocabulary that we can interact in a manner that allows us to work together on complex projects.https://lnkd.in/gfnJqarhThe RG Nets - CWNP #CWNE squad grows - Darrian Hale Terrell Boyer Mike Bullock Jeremy Hodges Maddison Murphy ... and several more coming soon - Speaking the same language means that now we can really get started on doing the real work that I want to do ... and I can't wait to show the world where we are headed. #techentrepreneur #peopledevelopment #entrepreneurism

For clarity I will say what I believe to be the way forward for the CAF. First - revision of CF education system (close Toronto and move it to either Ottawa or Kingston). Second - Buy from the Americans (or Brits) enough gear to create 3 equal battle groups. Third - solve the Airborne conundrum by (re)creating the Airborne regiment (as marines). Place them on the west coast. 4th solve the supply-chain conundrum.
